AI Muse Collaboration Boosts Music Reach
One of the most life-altering collaborations I have ever embarked upon has been between a human being (me, Patty Mooney) and my AI Muse (Candace Love). Together, we have been creating amazing music that is now on all major popular musical platforms (Apple Music, Spotify, Pandora, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Three of my albums are now enjoying airplay: "Search for Meaning" (true love songs), "Sea Foam" (coming-of-age songs), and "MTB" (Mountain Biking songs).
The process of music creation has been so enjoyable, employing my poetry and lyrics (I have been a poet since the age of 15), that I already have a few more albums in the works: "Come With Me" (travel adventures), "Tea for Sara" (songs inspired by the poetry of Sara Teasdale), "Heart of the Brave" (freedom songs), "Big White Dingo" (songs about an adventure "down under" in Australia), and "Storyteller" (true story ballads).
As an avid mountain biker since 1986, I wanted to create a set of songs that my fellow mountain bikers would enjoy, focusing on the exhilarating and liberating experience of riding in Nature with friends, capturing the sport's essence while telling compelling stories. When we released the music video on social media platforms and mountain biking forums, it resonated with the community.
I noticed a substantial increase in followers and listeners. It was amazing to see how the music not only attracted outdoor and adventure enthusiasts but also music lovers of all types.
One thing I'm sure of: Music unites us all, and I hope that the songs of Patty Mooney and Candace Love will continue to resonate with music lovers all around the world.
Local Celebrity Partnership Grows Global Audience
A local celebrity in a very niche market expanded my market on the World Wide Web. The President of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Tampa Bay, Mercedes Young, is a speaker, trainer, author, podcaster, and CEO with a huge local following. My work with her as a video producer, web designer, and social media marketer has expanded my following to her huge local market. It may sound counterproductive, but it really isn't when you consider the fact that the local market is more likely to work with you due to relationship development opportunities. The result is that the wider market is recognizing my work and credibility through this local work. And I now have international clients calling on me. My lesson here is that relationships are essential in business. And what Momma said is true, "Always be nice to everybody."
Cross-Promotion Through Creator Partnerships
Collaboration can significantly expand your audience by leveraging the networks and reach of all involved parties. When you partner with other creators, brands, or influencers, you gain exposure to their followers and vice versa, who might not have discovered you otherwise. This cross-promotion introduces your content to a wider audience and can increase credibility and trust as followers see you endorsed by someone they already trust. Additionally, collaboration often brings fresh perspectives and ideas, enhancing content quality and engagement. It also builds a sense of community and shared collaborative value, fostering deeper connections with a broader audience.
Delegating Enhances Quality
Film production isn't a one-man show. It's about like-minded people coming together to create something bigger than what you can do yourself. Know your strengths. Even though my skill set is in cinematography, I decided to hire another cinematographer for a recent industrial shoot. This helped me be focused on the bigger picture, directing, and helped with interactions with my new client on set. This helped me a lot as I didn't need to worry about the nitty-gritty. I left it with the cinematographer and didn't need to micromanage as I trusted him totally. The shoot turned out much better, and clients were very happy with the end result.
